We're back for a 3rd time, DDR/ITG fans! Join us for some sweet 4-panel dance game fun!

Registration will be open until the start of each division, but the sooner you register the better! This will help us determine the specifics for how each division will be run. Here's the not-so-specifics of how each division will play:
Just like last year, lower division players will play charts between level 5-8 (DDR rating) on Simply Spud. This time, the charts will be randomly picked from the DDR A20+ folder. Practice as much as you can before the big day!
Fanatik25 has created an upper division pack containing 43 charts (which can be downloaded from #content-share in the discord). These chart difficulties range from 8-10 (ITG rating) and include various tech such as footswitches, crossovers, brackets, doublesteps, etc. The notations for what tech is used in each chart is written and abbreviated in the song title (FS, XO, BR, etc). Simply Love SM5 will be used.
Just like last year, we will be using ITGmania's EX scoring method. CMOD is not permitted in this division.
At the bottom of the pack is the qualifier chart: "Target Test". Each upper division participant must play and submit their score using EX scoring before the tournament begins, on either arcade or home pads. Please post your qualifier score in #stepmania-qualifier-scores in the discord so that your tournament seed can be set. You can enable EX scoring by selecting FA+ mode when starting your set (or via the player options menu, if using Simply Love).
One change we're trying out for this year is increasing the card draw from 5 cards to 7. The card draw will go as such for each round:
Higher seed decides if they want to ban first or pick P1 or P2 pad (for the sake of example, "Tav" is higher seed and will pick their pad first, and "Jay" will ban first)
Jay bans a chart (0 charts selected, 6 remain)
Tav bans a chart (0 charts selected, 5 remain)
Jay protects a chart (1 chart selected, 4 remain)
Tav protects a chart (2 charts selected, 3 remain)
Jay bans a chart (2 charts selected, 2 remain)
Tav bans a chart (2 charts selected, 1 remains)
The remaining chart serves as the 3rd song. Set order would be Jay's protect, Tav's protect, and the leftover song.
